Progressive Conservative Association of Edmonton Riverview 2010 AGM a huge success!

EDMONTON, AB - The Progressive Conservative Association of Edmonton-Riverview held its 2010 AGM on June 16 at the Parkview Community Hall.

	Close to 50 supporters and constituents came out to visit with the Honourable Heather Klimchuk, Minister of Service Alberta and MLA for Edmonton-Glenora, and to hear a keynote speech from the Honourable Gene Zwozdesky, Minister of Health and Wellness and MLA for Edmonton-Mill Creek.
	An engaging and passionate speaker, Minister Zwozdesky offered guests some insight into Alberta's health care system, Alberta Health Services, and an update on part two of Your Alberta Health Act, a consultation with the public led by Edmonton-Rutherford MLA Fred Horne.
	Candidate of Record Wendy Andrews introduced an exciting and timely new initiative, The SpeakEasy - let's talk. Designed to inspire big picture thinking and motivate open community conversations, this initiative will launch in the fall of 2010. Watch this site for more information.
